Throughout my time working as a Brand and Content Strategist at Phase2, I developed original thought leadership to introduce current and prospective clients to our creative and strategic expertise in AI, brand, and copywriting. I approached this work through the lens of DEI and accessibility.

  • I authored a blog post on how companies can approach a brand refresh in lieu of a total redesign. I include top tips for updating a brand over time, from focusing on voice and tone to updating messaging and more.

  • To guide my team's copywriting efforts for healthcare clients and hospital systems, I researched inclusive language and developed a guide for writing about 11 diverse categories like age, body size, sexuality, socioeconomic status, etc. I presented my findings and recommendations to my whole company and also led conversations with our clients.

  • I researched prompt engineering best practices and compiled a guide for all roles and teams at my company. I then presented the guide at a lunch and learn session.
