To guide my team's copywriting efforts for healthcare clients and hospital systems, I researched inclusive language and developed a guide for writing about 11 diverse categories like age, body size, sexuality, socioeconomic status, etc. I presented my findings and recommendations to my whole company and also led conversations with our clients.
